Personnel from the ODNR Division of Wildlife and Fitchville Conservation League will cover topics including how to pressure can venison, a great way to save freezer space and preserve meat, and how to prepare a variety of other dishes made from various wild game species found in Ohio. There will be samples for everyone to try! Wild game smoking techniques and additional wild game preparation recipes will also be shared.
