The event will begin with a discussion the variety of archery equipment types with an emphasis on equipment normally used for hunting in Ohio as well as target shooting. We will conclude the classroom portion of the day with a safety briefing as well as how to select and purchase the right archery equipment and accessories.

The participants will be individually mentored by experienced club volunteers on the archery range. Crossbows and compound bows will be provided, you are allowed to bring your own bow also.

Future range dates for practice at the club will be scheduled for those that attend this class.

This is a free no cost event open to the public.
